Odyssey's latest S2S TRI-HOT putters introduce a groundbreaking approach in the “Zero Torque” category. With advanced multi-material construction, we've successfully repositioned the centre of gravity (CG) of these putters further forward. This innovation allows the shaft to enter the head right at the topline, effectively removing the necessity for shaft lean and addressing one of the key challenges associated with this type of putter.

Forward CG and Hosel Position

The repositioning of the CG has made it possible to locate the hosel spud on the topline, significantly closer to the face than conventional “Zero Torque” putters. This adjustment facilitates a more natural, intuitive, and comfortable setup position for the golfer.

Multi-Material Construction

Through the strategic use of Aluminium, Steel, and more than 140 grams of tungsten, we have crafted a “Zero Torque” putter that boasts over 80% of its weight concentrated beneath the topline. This design supports our advanced CG and hosel positioning.

Ai-DUAL Insert

Utilising Artificial Intelligence, this innovative dual-layer urethane insert features a soft outer layer paired with a firm inner layer. This combination offers consistent ball speed across the entire face, enhances forward roll, and delivers exceptional feel.

New FRD Groove

The newly developed Forward Roll Design Groove is both deeper and more aggressive, featuring a 19° slope. This design works harmoniously with the dual-layer insert to optimise forward roll up and down the face.

New Pistol Plus Grip

After analysing the most popular grips used on tours worldwide, we identified common characteristics and areas for enhancement. The outcome is a mid-sized pistol grip with distinct edges, designed to fit comfortably in the hands and improve awareness of the putter face throughout the stroke.

Cruiser

The Jailbird Cruiser is offered as standard at 38” with: a heavier head, a longer SL140 shaft, and an extended 17” grip for golfers who prefer that configuration.
